At It Works! I led and managed the UX team, as well as contributed to user interface design. We worked on everything from the consumer-facing website and landing pages, to the internal applications and back offices. I planned high-level roadmaps for our digital products, conducted user testing and surveying, established a design system for our digital products, built out future prototyped flows, designed user interfaces, and presented solutions to various stakeholders.
